As the spiritual leader and principal custodian of GOFRIL’s mission, Raphael shapes the foundational values and long-term vision of the organization. He provides pastoral care, global representation, and continues to inspire through testimony, mentorship, and visionary leadership.
Orphaned at a young age and raised by diverse families across Africa and Europe, Raphael's journey of faith and resilience laid the foundation for GOFRIL Foundation. A preacher, singer, and servant-leader, he began his ministry in the streets and refugee camps of East Africa, eventually forming GOFRIL Ministries in Kigoma. His leadership remains rooted in compassion, faith, and a strong calling to uplift the marginalized.
